Master Mariner

Our Hong Kong office has opportunity from Spring 2011 for a Master Mariner to pursue a rewarding career ashore as a marine consultant. Applicants should preferably possess a Class 1 Certificate of Competency and have recent experience serving as Master. Applications from candidates who have held senior positions at sea, particularly those with experience in marine surveying or consulting, will also be considered.

As a consultant at LOC you would expect to undertake challenging assignments and be prepared to travel overseas and offshore. You would have a high degree of client contact and consequently successful candidates will have very good communication and reporting skills.
