Li Jinxu is the branch manager at LOC Qingdao. He has served at sea as Master on liquefied gas/chemical tankers and has substantial experience of Petroleum Products and Chemical carriage. Has attended marine casualties and surveys on behalf of P&I  Clubs, Admiralty Lawyers, Owners and Insurance interests including loss of cargo, cargo contamination/damage, pollution, vessel damage, tanker vetting, cargo change of grade, tank cleaning, tank inerting/purging, condition/suitability/on and off hire surveys and pre-purchase inspections. He has served as manager of marine affairs department and chemical terminal loading master in charge of liquid chemical terminal management, safety management, ship’s vetting, bulk liquid chemical loading/unloading and transportation. And also acted as site supervisor for tanker new-buildings. He also has extensive onshore and offshore warranty survey experiences particular with FPSO conversion/construction, loadout of jackets and deck modules, vessel inspections for tug boat, deck barge, floating crane barge.
