Jayalal is Enginering Manager of the Middle East and is based in Abu Dhabi. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Naval Architects and is particularly experienced in ship/MODU structures and classification.
He has worked on a wide variety of maritime casualties and claims including wreck removal and salvage operations, structural strength or repairs, advice on structural repairs and class surveys, collision investigations (including speed and angle of blow studies), anchoring and mooring calculations, hull & machinery damage surveys/investigations.

David Clinton
David is a Chartered Naval Architect and Member of the Royal Institution of Naval Architects with eighteen years’ experience in both the marine and energy sectors.
He has applied this technical experience and knowledge to both ship and FPSO structures in both repair/refit and conversion/new build scenarios. He has also worked with operating FPSOs covering Class and Flag issues as well as inspection, maintenance, and integrity management.
David is a Chartered Naval Architect and Member of the Royal Institution of Naval Architects with eighteen years’ experience in both the marine and energy sectors.

Warren Inniss
Warren is an Associate and Naval Architect, based in LOC’s London office.
Since joining LOC in 2008 he has undertaken a wide range of investigations on behalf of Owners, Admiralty lawyers and P&I Clubs.
He has particular skills in the use of key problem solving software such as MOSES, Orcaflex, STAAD, GHS and in Finite Element Analysis.
Warren is an Associate and Naval Architect, based in LOC’s London office.
Since joining LOC in 2008 he has undertaken a wide range of investigations on behalf of Owners, Admiralty lawyers and P&I Clubs.

He has performed various analytical tasks for projects in the offshore and shipping industry including stability calculations, single-body and multi-body motion analysis, mooring and towing analysis, structural and hydrodynamic modelling.

Will Leschaeve
Will is an Associate and Naval Architect with LOC London, a Charted Engineer and a member of the Royal Institution of Naval Architects. He is particularly experienced in ship stability modeling using GHS software.
Since joining LOC he has acted as a consultant and as expert witness on a number of investigations into the cause of shipping casualties including grounding, capsize and structural failure. He has attended a number of damage surveys to determine the extent and cost of damage incurred during collision and grounding incidents. He has also provided technical advice on salvage operations.
Will is an Associate and Naval Architect with LOC London, a Charted Engineer and a member of the Royal Institution of Naval Architects. He is particularly experienced in ship stability modeling using GHS software.

Paris Mangriotis
Paris is a Director of LOC, a Chartered Engineer and a member of the Royal Institution of Naval Architects. He is based in London and is particularly experienced in ship structures and classification matters.
He has acted as consultant and as expert witness on numerous maritime casualties and claims including wreck removal, strength and stability during salvage operations and assessment of salvage dangers. He has provided advice on Charterparty disputes concerning seaworthiness, structural strength and repairs. He has also investigated collisions and conducted anchoring and mooring analyses.

Simon is an Associate Director with LOC, based in the London office. He is a Chartered Naval Architect with over 30 years' experience covering all ship types, working on single and multi-discipline projects. His experience covers new build and conversion projects, ro-ro ferry stability and high speed craft. He has worked with shipyards worldwide.
Since joining LOC, Simon has carried out a number of technical, salvage and casualty investigations. These have included bulk carrier, car carrier and river cruise ship damage surveys and data gathering, review of salvage plans, stability assessments, a bulk carrier drift analysis and chartering contract disputes.

He is a Chartered Naval Architect with particular experience of investigating the cause of ship casualties. He has specialist knowledge of naval architectural aspects of salvage and wreck removal operations. Edward Wollaston
Edward is an Associate and Naval Architect with LOC, a Chartered Engineer and a member of the Royal Institution of Naval Architects. He is particularly experienced in classification and ship structural matters.
Since joining LOC he has undertaken accident investigations, damage surveys, has acted as marine warranty surveyor and managed warranty projects. Alex Harrison
Alex is a Chartered Engineer and Naval Architect. He is the Technical Director of LOC Group and Managing Director of LOC’s office in Perth, WA, having previously been based in both its Stavanger and London offices.
His experience includes management and performance of marine warranty, special marine consultancy and surveying services for oil field development companies, installation contractors, P & I clubs, lawyers, owners and charterers worldwide.
He has worked on a variety of cases including collisions, groundings, stability, cargo losses, dock and loading terminal damages and construction contract disputes. Alex recently acted on behalf of insurance interests as contract representative for the management of the West Atlas drill rig wreck removal operations in the Timor Sea.

Andy is a Chartered Naval Architect based in LOC’s Rio de Janeiro office. He has acted as consultant on a wide variety of maritime casualty matters, including the salvage and re-floating of various vessels and offshore semi submersible drilling rigs and production platforms. He has also investigated hull and crane damages, vessel fires and collisions.
He has been appointed technical expert and produced written expert reports for a number of legal cases and has been deposed in some instances.

Wagner Rodrigues
Wagner is a qualified Naval Architect and Marine Engineer, registered with CREA.
He joined LOC in November 2009 as General Manager of the Rio de Janeiro office. Since then he has attended casualties, including investigations of air conditioning failure on a cruise ship, large bulk carrier hold flooding, and a landslide at a container port.
Prior to joining LOC Wagner worked for Lloyd’s Register. He was involved in studying high loading rates and single pass loading for large ore carriers.

He has provided consultancy services for safety and fire control management for vessels and has had involvement in several structural upgrading and conversion projects on oil tankers. In addition he has also undertaken barge design projects and has substantial knowledge in intact and damage stability, having held a position with a local marine consultancy company in Singapore prior to joining LOC.

Alex is a chartered Naval Architect. He has been responsible for LOC’s Tampico office as General Manager since it was established.
He has investigated major incidents relating to maritime and offshore construction activities. These have included fixed object damage and collision cases, investigating the cause and extent of damages and providing advice on repair options and costs. He has acted as expert witness in Mexican and US courts.

Bruno is a senior Naval Architect and Project Manager with LOC Tampico. He specialises in the transportation and installation of offshore structures and marine surveys.
His survey expertise includes condition, statutory and classification surveys and inspections, focusing on hull structure, deck machinery, ship safety and marine pollution prevention. Acting on behalf of Owners and their P & I insurers, he has been involved in a variety of marine incidents, providing advice to clients on ship damage cause and extent of damages.
